What is Good Feng Shui?
Client: "How do I know if a space has good feng shui?"
Dr. Morris: "You feel it immediately. The space has positive energy and functions well."
When Do You Need a Consultation?
Client: "When would someone typically need a consultation?"
Dr. Morris: "I work with people in lots of different situations - assessing a property you're considering purchasing, preparing a property for sale, selecting a new home or business space, determining the best use for each room, and suggesting the location of items in or around the space."
Client: "You can help before I actually buy a property?"
Dr. Morris: "Absolutely. When you're assessing a property to purchase, I can evaluate its feng shui potential and help you understand how the space might support or challenge your goals. This insight can be invaluable in your decision-making process and can even influence your negotiation strategy."
Client: "What about when I'm selling my property?"
Dr. Morris: "That's equally important. When preparing a property for sale, I help optimize the space's energy flow and appeal to create an environment that feels welcoming and positive to potential buyers."
How the Process Works
Client: "How does the consultation process work?"
Dr. Morris: "We start with a conversation by phone, and depending upon the nature of the project, we set up a time to see the property virtually or in person."
Virtual Consultations and On Site Consultations
Client: "Do you work with people remotely?"
Dr. Morris: "Yes, I serve clients with virtual consultations. These are ideal for homes, small offices, apartments, and retail shops. However, larger properties have complexities that require an onsite visit."
Fast Effective Feng Shui Remote Consultation
Client: "What are my options?"
Dr. Morris: "You have two options to choose from. The Fast Effective Feng Shui Remote Consultation is perfect if you want to dive right in. I'll ask for a hand drawn floorplan of the space we're going to review, and photos of the space at least one week before we meet so I have time to reflect on them.
We meet over zoom for 60 minutes during our first visit. In two weeks we meet on zoom for 30 minutes. Done.
You have the option to keep the positive change in motion with a 30 minute check in every four months, or as needed.
Clients love this approach."
** As part of my philosophy of giving back, each month I offer special rates for a rotating list of non-profit groups.
Client: "Who would that work best for?"
Dr. Morris: "It's ideal for smaller spaces like apartments or offices, or if you don't need major changes like emptying whole rooms or basements. It's also a great starting point if you want to try out feng shui."
Comprehensive On Site Consultation
Client: "What about larger projects?"
Dr. Morris: "That's where the Comprehensive On Site Consultation comes in. I start with a two to two-and-a-half hour visit, but I take a more comprehensive approach. I'll determine your 25 Point Space Success Quotient, and I may suggest external resources like contractors or interior designers. The timeline and follow-up visits are planned around the scope of your changes."
Client: "When would I need the comprehensive option?"
Dr. Morris: "It's best for larger properties in my service area."
